Amit is Founder and MD of the SatNav Group with business interests in a wide range of IT Products and in Preschool Education.

Amit’s flagship business is SatNav Technologies, a pioneer in India in GPS, FMS & LBS Technologies. SatNav is an IT Products Company focusing on Cloud Based Map Data Products which enhance organization efficiency. The product suite includes SatTracx ‘in-the-field’Location Based Solutions which has processed over 91.9 million transactions and a-mantra ‘in-the-office’ Facilities Management Solutions with over 620,000 daily users. The products are now being taken to global markets, currently present in 10 countries with 8 partners. His second venture Sunshine Preschools has a network of 24 + branches in Hyderabad and brings international standards to the Preschool & Daycare business in India with many innovative activities as part of curriculum.Over 10,000 children have graduated from Sunshine since inception.

An entrepreneur with 30+ years experience with business interests in GPS, navigation and web-based applications, Mr. Prasad is credited with the design, development and launch of the first touch screen GPS navigation system and predicting its growth in the U.S. market. Based in Orange County, CA and heading SatNav Technologies U.S. office, Ajay works extensively with global market leaders in C-level positions, playing a key role in expanding SatNav’s business into the U.S. and internationally.

Ajay is also the Founder and CEO of Global Marketing Resources, a marketing consulting and fulfillment firm based in the US. In his role, Ajay guides small and medium size firms through designing their online marketing and advertising campaigns for maximum impact. He helps clients increase their web presence and branding, and has a substantial track record in helping small and large businesses alike in increasing their sales and profits substantially without spending more money on advertising and marketing.

Prior to GMR, Ajay had over 17 years of marketing & business management experience in Senior Executive positions at large, medium size, and start-up companies. His past experience includes Vice President of Marketing & Product Development for car navigation products, Director of Marketing Strategy for the world leader in digital map development, head of a $100M division as Category Manager for a large oil Company, and Vice President of Strategy & Franchising for a $1 billion restaurant chain in the United States. He also led sales and marketing for a location-based information delivery start-up.

Ajay's functional expertise includes marketing management, business development, consumer research, market analysis and strategic planning. His industry experience includes consumer electronics, enterprise software, location-based services, B2B and B2C marketing. He has developed successful marketing campaigns for clients around the globe, and has strategic alliances throughout India.

Ajay spoke at the J D Power & Associates conference on emerging technologies where he shared his vision of the car navigation marketplace with automotive industry leaders. He has been quoted in major newspapers such as the Wall Street Journal, Fox Business News, the Dallas Morning News, and Orange County Business Journal, and presented to the marketing executive group of the U.S. Restaurant Association.

During the 18+ years of his career, Mr. Somasundaram has had extensive experience with global players across several vertical industries, including a Digital Database Systems (Speck Systems & AND), IT Consulting and Services (Satyam), and Technology Products & Solutions (SatNav).

Selva carries varied expertise in different business roles adding revenue to the companies he has worked within top and bottom lines. The vast majority of Selva’s career has been in Project Management and Account Management, Delivery and Product Management roles as the business director for technology products. His track record highlights his extensive experience in managing and running the product business line independently.

Selva’s responsibilities have included the EAM technology product design, development, marketing, B2B sales, implementation, AMC support, and partnership formation and management.

With over 18 years professional experience, Mr. Prasad started his career teaching in the field of Geographical Information Systems (GIS), training nearly 1,000 civil and mechanical engineering students and government employees. Rajendra worked for MNC’s (RMSI, GE, Satyam Computers) for eight years before joining SatNav Technologies and a-mantra in 2004.

At RMSI, Raj worked on projects for U.S. FEMA, involved in making end-to-end digital maps using multiple sources like arial photos, satellite images, and paper maps. Raj also worked on major telecom projects in India for Reliance and BSNL, capturing and making 1Mts - 5Mts DEM Models. Mr. Prasad also worked for Oyo Corporation in Japan, making digital maps for the entire country focused on weak zone mapping where there would be a massive damage to the residents. At GE, Raj worked for GE Flood Mapping Division (U.S.-based), researching, analyzing, issuing and certifying the Flood Zones.

Raj joined Satyam Computers in 2000, and was responsible for high end application and product development, working on projects to integrate digital maps build in Enterprise Software like ESRI, Autodesk, MapInfo, and ERDAS. Raj traveled to the U.S. to set up the e-learning project division at Satyam in the GE Smallworld project.

After joining SatNav Technologies in 2004, Raj was focused on modularizing the a-mantra product and created fresh digital maps for 2300 + Indian cities, seamlessly integrated with state highways. Mr. Prasad is also responsible for the build out of maps for Mauritius, Sri Lanka and Beijing compatible with Win CE platform, Symbian, and Garmin. Today his focus is on the government and large corporate verticals, pitching a-mantra and LBS solutions.

Raj has a civil engineering degree with distinction, graduating within the top 8% of his class.

Ms. Rao brings in 15+ years of professional experience in HR and Admin roles. Arpitha started her career with RMSI in 1998 as a HR & Admin Executive. Joining SatNav Technologies in 2000, she has been a part of core team, playing a key role in the ISO certification process, process implementation, competency building, recruitment, appraisals, and key team member training and succession planning.

Arpitha is also the department head for SatNav’s Support Services, Outbound Sales, Online Sales and other business support initiatives.

Ms. Rao earned a Bachelor of Science from Osmania University and PG diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Hyderabad.

Operating from Bangalore (India), Mr. Mirza brings in 17 years of professional experience in Sales and Business Development of Location Based IT Products in India and the international market. Muneef is responsible for channel business development across India and new product introduction into the market. He has developed a Channel Partnership Program for SatNav Technologies and is responsible for meeting the sales targets and revenue growth goals of the company.

Muneef has extensive experience in selling technology products in India and GCC preferably in GPS, GIS, Asset Management and Facilities Management domain through his network of channel partners. He enjoys working most in a multi-cultural and ethnically diverse environment and had successfully lead a team of seasoned sales representatives. Current major responsibilities for SatNav include the management of key corporate accounts, exploring new markets and preparing a market penetration strategy for IT Products in new geographies around the world.

Muneef has a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from MJCET, Osmania University, Hyderabad, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from SMU.

Based in Orange County, California, Mr. Sinha brings in 19 years of professional experience in business operations. He is responsible for SatNav’s Value Added Reseller program, contracts, price negotiations and Service

• Level Agreements (SLAs). Anshuman has extensive experience in formulating and managing VAR and OEM relationships with companies like Microsoft, Sybase, MicroStrategy, Oracle, Tibco, Vertica, Actuate, FuzzyLogix,
• BMMsoft, IBM and SAP. His expertise is in negotiating major technology services contracts involving onshore and offsite resources with private, public and government agencies.
• Previously, Anshuman was Head of Operations, Sales and Marketing and Technical Recruitment with responsibilities of building the core teams for systems integration, software development and outsourcing. He has developed and managed a global consultant database of over 500,000 technical resources in the areas of database and software, and implemented a structured, efficient process for matching, hiring and deploying
• consultants to client projects. He has also held P& L accountabilities for worldwide operations, and established successful offsite development centers in Mumbai (India) and Pune (India). He has also managed the
• establishment of new sales center based in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.

Anshuman earned his B.S. from the Science College in Patna, India, his MBA from L.N.M.I. in India, and continued his management studies at the University of California, Irvine. He lives in Cerritos, California with his wife and two sons.
