Job Description:
* Engage prospects generated by Inside Sales team for successful closure of leads
* Qualify effective leads, Plan regular follow-ups, set-up calls with clients post understanding the requirements, schedule meetings, sign up deals with a target
* Track record of exceeding sales targets, amicable relationship with peers and juniors
* Should be willing to give a 2 year commitment of service. 
* The job includes travelling outside Hyderabad by Air
* Exposure in Franchisee handling and expansion will be an added advantage

Desired Skills:
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Proven track record in a sales environment
* Positive attitude with a capability to discuss business issues
* Knowledge of preschool industry will be an added advantage
* Ability to write detailed follow up notes for business reporting
